A new website for an internationally acclaimed firm shaping large-scale, transformative architecture.
Challenge
Pickard Chilton is an internationally acclaimed architectural firm known for designing large-scale, transformative buildings that shape urban communities. Known for its people-oriented spaces that redefine urban communities, the studio is recognized for its pioneering work on some of the world’s most significant and iconic buildings, such as the 300 North LaSalle in Chicago, ExxonMobil Energy Center in Houston, and, most recently, the Uber Sky Tower concept in Los Angeles—Uber’s vision for a next-generation urban aviation transport hub.
As the firm evolved, new leaders joined the team and technology became central to daily work. The challenge was to redefine Pickard Chilton’s digital identity and introduce tools to expand its online presence.
Solution
In partnership with Design & Co. and the architects, we created a new website for Pickard Chilton that reflects the firm’s people-first, value-driven approach. The site is built on a modern, easy-to-manage platform.
The new website showcases Pickard Chilton’s diverse portfolio and captures the essence of the firm’s design vision. The homepage brings together recent projects, featured work, news, social posts, and data bits that nod to the firm's value-driven approach.
The portfolio is presented as a full-screen, animated grid that immerses visitors in the firm’s work. A straightforward filter tool lets users sort projects by type, location, or status, making it easy for potential clients to find what they need. Each project page features business metrics, a high-resolution gallery, related projects, and integrated news and social content. Behind the scenes, an intuitive content management system keeps things easy to update.
