Brand Strategist

We are looking for an experienced Brand Strategist to join our team. As a Brand Strategist, you are innately curious. You connect macro trends to the unique challenges our clients are facing. You are a conceptual thinker and can connect client needs with market dynamics and the cultural zeitgeist. You are a storyteller, synthesizing information from numerous sources and distilling it into powerful narratives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify cultural, consumer, and business insights that provide strategic direction for the brand and creative strategy 
  • Lead research and client discovery sessions to inform the creative direction
  • Conduct research on clients’ current marketing strategies, customer profile, and market share to develop a strong sense of strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to improve brand and product positioning
  • Participate in new business development

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing strategic brand campaigns that have a strong impact on business results
  • Experience fielding quantitative and qualitative research
  • Strong business, marketing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Strong track record of successful collaboration with creative teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • 5+ years experience
